Reservation & Refund Policy

Bond Ring™ is currently in reservation mode while we prepare for our Kickstarter launch. The information below explains exactly how reservations, cancellations, and refunds work.
Placing an order (reservation) on our site means you agree to Bond Ring’s Terms of Use, which includes all the rules and conditions for using our website and services. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with the order.
When placing your reservation for Bond Ring™, you'll pay a deposit amount clearly specified at checkout (either a small deposit or the full VIP price, depending on the offer). This amount will count as credit toward the final payment on Kickstarter.
1.Reservation Deposit
Your payment today is a reservation deposit to secure your Bond Ring. This is not an immediate purchase of a finished product, but a reservation. Placing a reservation does not guarantee an exact shipping or delivery date. We will do our best to inform you of the expected timeline and provide updates, but the final delivery schedule will depend on production timelines and the Kickstarter launch process.
2.Cancel Anytime Before Kickstarter Launch
You may cancel your Bond Ring reservation at any time before the Kickstarter launch. Simply send an email to our support at vip@bondring.com with your order details to request a cancellation.
3.Full Refund, No Questions Asked
If you cancel before the Kickstarter launch, we will issue a full refund of your deposit, no questions asked. Refunds will be processed promptly, and we’ll email you a confirmation once completed. It should reflect in your account within 3-10 business days, depending on your bank. Refunds will always be issued to the original payment method used during reservation. After we send your refund confirmation, the deposit is void and your spot in line is released.
4.Contact Us—Don’t File Chargebacks
Disputes hurt small businesses. We ask that you always contact us directly (vip@bondring.com) to resolve any concerns or cancellation requests rather than initiating a chargeback (a dispute through your credit card issuer). Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support is against our policy and may delay the resolution of your request. We're here to help and will gladly process your refund promptly upon request.
5.No-Chargeback Policy
We value transparency and make refunds fast and hassle-free. Because we provide prompt, no-questions-asked refunds on cancellations, you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer before contacting Bond Ring™ for a refund. Filing a chargeback without giving us the opportunity to resolve your concern is a breach of these Terms. Bond Ring reserves the right to:
Contest any unwarranted chargeback with evidence that a refund was readily available;
Suspend or terminate your Bond Ring account and block future purchases; and
Seek recovery of related costs or damages through legal action in the appropriate jurisdiction if a chargeback is found to be excessive, fraudulent, or made in bad faith.
A quick email to VIP@bondring.com will always get your refund processed faster than a bank dispute.
6.After Product Launch
Once Bond Ring begins shipping, any post-shipment returns, exchanges, or warranty claims will be covered by separate policies published at that time. Until then, this Reservation & Refund Policy governs all reservation transactions.
7.Reservation Transferability
Reservations are non-transferable. The individual who places the reservation must be the same person who completes the purchase.
