1. I confirm that I have worn and tested my sizing rings for multiple days, at different times of day, including morning, afternoon, and evening, and under normal daily conditions. I understand that finger size naturally fluctuates due to temperature, hydration, activity, and other factors, and I have taken these variations into account before selecting my final size.

2. I understand that Bond Ring™ devices are manufactured and calibrated specifically to the size I select. For this reason, once my size is submitted and confirmed, it is final and cannot be changed, modified, exchanged, or altered for any reason, including (but not limited to) swelling, comfort differences, future fit preferences, or misjudgment of size.

3. I agree that Bond Ring™ is not responsible for discomfort, tightness, looseness, or any fit-related issues resulting from my chosen size, as the responsibility to verify correct sizing lies solely with me.

4. I voluntarily and expressly waive any right to request a replacement, exchange, refund, or size change once the size is confirmed, and I accept all liability associated with my selection.
